  66. AROUND THE HOUSE v3.00 <ASP> - A home-oriented database program containing 
  67. many useful modules. Maintain names, addresses, phone numbers, Birthday, 
  68. Christmas Card, and Anniversary lists, etc. Includes an entire module 
  69. called "Personal Files" which keeps track of various data on family 
  70. members, including birth records, medical/dental records, growth data, 
  71. teachers, friends, etc. Print mailing labels from the database. Track 
  72. household inventory, model and serial numbers, value, location and type of 
  73. item. Keep notes - anything from recipes to a personal diary. Track vehicle 
  74. maintenance and repairs. Track household maintenance and repairs. An 
  75. appointment calendar provides a variety of print-outs. A "word processor" 
  76. allows the user to write mail-merged letters or edit files on the disk. 
  77. Another module shows income, and another lists expenses, with a "What's 
  78. Left?" option. A variety of print-outs and pre-defined reports are 
  79. provided, and also allows for user-defined reports. On-Line 
  80. context-sensitive Help. Req's DOS 3.3 or greater, 512k RAM, Hard Disk Drive

  86. Please note that in all cases, our own installation routines and utilities
  87. *MUST* be retained, along with the original distribution fileset. Do *NOT*
  88. install and evaluate the program, and then distribute the installed fileset!

  90. INDIVIDUALS: All people are permitted and encouraged to give copies of the 
  91.              complete Around The House package to friends and co-workers as 
  92.              long as no fee is charged.

  94. VENDORS (ASP): Disk vendors, Rack vendors, and CD-ROM vendors who are Approved 
  95.                Vendor Members of the Association of Shareware Professionals 
  96.                (ASP) may, without prior permission, include the Around The 
  97.                House package in their libraries and distribute evaluation 
  98.                copies via mail order and direct sales for their normal disk 
  99.                fees.

  101. VENDORS (non-ASP): Disk vendors, Rack vendors, and CD-ROM vendors who are not 
  102.                    members of the ASP *MUST* obtain written permission prior 
  103.                    to distributing. Requests for distribution permission must 
  104.                    include 1) stamped, pre-addressed return envelope, and 2) 
  105.                    samples of existing catalogs and product packaging.

  107. ATTN DISK VENDORS: If you need to distribute this product via 360k floppy 
  108.                    diskettes, then Disk #2 must contain the ATH1.DAT file 
  109.                    only, and all other distribution files must be included 
  110.                    on Disk #1. Otherwise, the installation utility will fail.

  112. BBS SYSTEMS: All Bulletin Boards and Electronic Communications Services may 
  113.              post the Around The House package for downloading by their 
  114.              customers unless notified otherwise by us. Bulletin Board 
  115.              operators are allowed to convert the Around The House 
  116.              distribution files to other compression formats, providing that 
  117.              the contents remain unchanged, and no files are added, deleted, 
  118.              or otherwise modified in any way. No additional files may be
  119.              added to the distribution archive file.

  121. USER GROUPS: Non-profit user groups may include the Around The House package 
  122.              in their libraries and distribute evaluation copies for their 
  123.              normal disk fees unless notified otherwise by us.

  125. OTHERS: All others, including anyone interested in bundling the Around The 
  126.         House package with hardware or software sales, must obtain the 
  127.         permission and a license before distributing. Third party, consultant, 
  128.         and VAR licenses and multiple system site licenses are available. We 
  129.         can also arrange for a customized version if you need it.

  132. Government of the computer software and documentation in this package shall be 
  133. subject to the restricted rights applicable to commercial computer software as
